U.S. Bank and HBCU 20x20 are proud to present this paid, four-week professional development fellowship program that will prepare and empower 15 HBCU sophomores for careers in finance at U.S. Bank.
Fellows will have the opportunity to take courses such as developing a tech resume & cover letter, understanding a career in finance, and diversity, equity and inclusion at U.S. Bank — just to name a few.
Fellows will build the soft and hard skills needed to be successful in finance.

Interested in joining the U.S. Bank + HBCU 20x20 Technology Fellowship? Here's what we are looking for:
- Sophomores currently enrolled at an HBCU (Historically Black College and University).
- Students passionate about entering a career in finance.
- Ability to participate in the full four-week virtual program for one hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Feb. 28 - Mar. 28.
- Fellows will be encouraged to apply for paid Spring and Summer 2024 internships, so an interest in interning is highly recommended.
-Must be a U.S. Citizen.
